In Marvel Comics, the only real force that can rival Knull is his polar opposite, the Enigma Force, which is a god of light, and even this can only contain him temporarily.
Knull wins. King Thanos is powerful but he's nowhere near Knull. It's also confirmed that he did not kill Knull during this event. Even in the King and Black arc Knull was not at full power when he lost.

Knull hunted the Silver Surfer down and dueled him, intent on reclaiming him for his army. Knull nearly succeeded in doing so, but was defeated when the Silver Surfer expended the last of his Power Cosmic to conjure a star right in front of him, bathing him in stellar plasma and blasting him across the cosmos.
In Venom: The Last Dance, Eddie discovers that because Venom brought him back from the dead on a past misadventure, they'd forged a codex. That convenient MacGuffin works as a key that could unlock the merciless Knull, who once ruled over the symbiotes until they locked him up and ran away from his prison.
However, Venom has a couple of key weaknesses that Spider-Man can exploit. High-frequency sonic technology will cause the symbiote to flee, even leading it to break its hold on the host. Fire is also something the symbiote is deathly afraid of - he will cower in the face of flames.

With the power to make or unmake anything, reverse, speed up, stop time, and reshape reality instantaneously, it's impossible to comprehend what or who The One-Above-All is. The One-Above-All is the most powerful character in the Marvel Universe.
Thanos is big, bad and very capable, but without some kind of power boost or something to weaken Knull, Thanos is toast. Especially if Knull has his Necrosword, something that craves the blood of gods. Thanos may yet regret boasting himself as a god in the face of such a weapon in the aftermath of being cut by it.
And while Cassandra Nova and Kang the Conqueror are obviously the most evil Marvel villains shown on a screen, that doesn't mean they are the only Marvel Pure Evils, with several other evildoers such as Infinity Ultron, Paradox, Dormammu, and several more standing out as irredeemably heinous in their own right among ...
I think it's pretty widely considered that the first trio you included (spidey, hulk, wolverine) are the big three in terms of pre-mcu popularity and the second trio (cap, iron man, Thor) are the big three of the MCU era.
